Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation - University consortium dedicated to developing the theory and practice of negotiation and dispute resolution. The web site includes podcasts, journals and newsletters, teaching materials, and more.
Conflict Resolution Information Source – Covers over 600 topics related to conflict resolution. Resources include book and article summaries, essays, news, personal stories, and annotated case studies.
CPR – Web site of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution. Includes articles, a panel of neutrals, and a library of ADR clauses, rules, codes, and procedures.
International Academy of Collaborative Professionals – Collaborative practice is a relatively new form of conflict resolution. Links include a list of over 200 collaborative practitioners, organized by state.
